If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will:

- Work with you to address any issues
- Provide appropriate remedies, which may include additional work at no charge
Cancellation Before Service
If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellation fees may apply as specified in your service agreement. Refunds for deposits will be handled according to the terms of your service contract.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Service was not performed as agreed
- Service was cancelled by Squixellnyflixir
- Significant deviation from the agreed service scope
All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of service completion. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of approval.
